Its so hot my makeup is melting! Tips for summer makeup

Hey ladies I hope your summer is what you've been waiting for. Some of you may know to switch out that heavy make up for a more lighter "airy" look but for those who need some extra help I found just the article for you!!! I've posted 9 tips below but full explanations can be found here: http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/beauty/makeup/summer-makeup-tips

1. Make time for primer!! It provides a smooth base for whatever goes on next.

2. Lighten your face makeup. Swap foundation for tinted moisturizer. These sheer formulas look and feel airier on skin and are less likely to turn cakey on steamy days.

3. Bronze believably. To keep the results looking fresh and natural, apply bronzer just to the high points of your face, where the sun naturally hits you: forehead, cheekbones, chin, and nose.

4. Try out vibrant color. BUT DON'T OVER DO IT!!

5. Stop shine, add glow.  To eliminate unsightly shine in seconds, nothing beats blotting papers.

6. Switch out thick lipsticks.

7. Stay-proof your eye makeup. For longer-lasting shadow, avoid using eye cream on your lids (it can break down makeup), and smooth on an eye primer instead.

8. Wade into waterproof. If you tried waterproof mascaras once but found them less than stellar, it's time to give 'em another go.

9. Go sheer. To lighten up, switch to sheer versions of your go-to lip and eye hues.
